adikku pandai menyanyi...adikku pandai menari... jeng jeng jeng
nih daniel tengah dengan music. jangan marah daniel skrang dah pandai sing along and dance to the music. mommy kata comel sangat...gelek gelek punggung,gedik gedik huhuhhu

mommy kata daniel nih banyak mulut tapi tak paham satu pon menda yang daniel kata.
relax la mommy...daniel baru 1 tahun 3 bln....

wahhh...sedapnya dengar lagu...

this is mommy daniel's 1st try to sell chicken pie on the net manalah tahu laku ada rezeki . kalu ikut testimonial family friends and neighbour...sedaplah they love it so much. and the best part is that pie nih boleh frozen then re heat balik pakai toster oven. sedap makan as breakfast or for tea time break.

DESCRIPTION:
Shortcrust pastry - sedap & rangup

Filling: Black pepper chicken, Chicken mushroom, Chicken curry

Minimum qty order: 12pcs per flavour

Pickup/delivery: Pickup date is on every saturday in Melawati, and every other day in Bangi. As for delivery, will only available on request however it has to be with quantity and a minimal charge of RM8.00 within KL.

Order: pesanan mesti dibuat paling tidak 3 hari -seminggu sebelum tarikh/hari pengambilan/penghantaran pie. setiap pesanan mesti di sertakan bersama deposit minima 10% dari nilai keseluruhan pie (sebagai tanda jadi) and the rest is CASH ON DELIVERY.ini adalah untuk mengelakkan 'Order hantu' yang mana order di buat tapi last minute cancel atau tak datang tuntut barang.

Cancellations: sebarang pembatalan pesanan hendaklah di buat sekurang-kurangnya 3 hari sebelum hari pengambilan barang. and please note taht all deposite is not refundable. Please be gentlemen about this, kesian saya nanti

Easy Bread (No Bread Maker) Yeay!!!!

 
ni dough di bila kembang.
 
haaa mommy finally jumpa recipe yang tak payah pakai breadmaker. so dia try semalam. mommy selaly merunggut banyak recipi perlu pada bread maker bila uli sendiri...manually, roti tak beberapa jadi...berat...

tapi this time rotinya wahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh cantik!!! satu recipe leh buat macam2 tapi mommy buat sosej bun and sweet bun jer. tai kalu ikut recipe leh buat base pizza, cinnamon roll and much more.

Easy Bread

This is a very light and tasty bread recipe that is very easy for beginner cooks to make. I love it because I can make buns and loaves and even Cinnamon buns with the dough. Its perfect for every occasion.

4 loaves
time to make: 4 hours 4 hours prep

1 cup lukewarm water
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
4 tablespoons vegetable oil or margarine
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons flechmans dry active yeast
8 cups water, lukewarm
15-18 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons granulated sugar

* Time to Make Yeast Breads
* Low Fat Yeast Breads

1. In small bowl place the following ingrediants:.
2. 1 cup warm water.
3. yeast and 2 tbsp white sugar (DO NOT STIR)
4. let stand for 10 minutes.
5. In large mixing bowl do the following steps.
6. 1. Place 8 cups warm water in bowl.
7. 2. Place remaining 2 tbsp sugar in water.
8. 3. Place 4 tbsp margerine or veg. oil in water.
9. 4. Place salt in water.
10. 5. Add 6 cups flour one at a time and mix as you are adding. Making sure to remove any lumps. Should be smooth before adding next cup.
11. 6. Pour Yeast mixture in other bowl that you set aside into mixture.
12. 7. Mix until smooth.
13. 8. Continue to add flour mixing thoroughly until dough is sticky and forms a ball (note you will have to use your hands to mix it after its too tough to mix with a spoon. It should take only about a maximum of 17 cups of flour.
14. Take dough out of bowl and place on a flat clean dry surface which was sprinkled with about 1/2 cup of flour. Knead dough with hands for about 15 minutes or so. Dough should be soft and feel light to to touch. TIP: To prevent the dough from sticking to your hands a lot rub vegetable oil on them or take a piece of margerine and rub it into your hands then continue to knead dough. DO NOT ADD MORE FLOUR! It will make your bread dough TOO HEAVY! if you do.
15. Seperate dough in half. Place each half in a bowl. Place a light towel over it and let the dough rise for 1 hour or until doubled.
16. FOR BUNS: Take about the size of a baseball of dough in your hand roll into a ball and place it on an ungreased cookie sheet. Let rise for another 1/2 hour or until buns are double in size. For buns to rise tall place them close together almost touching. Bake at 375 Degrees Ferinheit.
17. FOR LOAVES: Take a large amount of dough and roll into a roll dough should not take up more than half of the loaf pan. Make sure dough roll is even or you will end up with a lopsided loaf or narrow loaf. Let rise for 1 to 2 hours. Or until Dough is nicely formed above the rim of the loaf pan. Bake at 350 Degrees Ferenhiet for 45 minutes or until golden brown. To test to see if done knock on top of the loaf. If it sounds hollow it is completed baking. It will be a dark golden brown color when finished.
18. Take Loaves out of oven and take them IMMEDIATELY OUT OF THE BANS upside down. (If you leave them till cooled in pans what happens is the bottom crust gets soggy from the condensation). Brush melted butter over top of loaves to prevent from drying out.
19. Yeild: 4 loaves 2 dozen buns.
20. Depends on size.
21. TIP: This bread dough is great for anything such as pizza crusts, cinn. buns, take a bit and roll it out thin and place it in a frying pan with a little oil and fry it and serve with jam or peanut butter.

NOTE: I only make 1/2 the portion (17cups? banyak giler). tip author nih betul. dough tuh mesti sangat lembut bila kita uli.pastu jangan tambah banyak sangat tepung or else jadi bantat!

hahahaha...hari nih mommy memang dok umah masak masak jer. Pasalnya Daniel pi umah nenek satu hari. Ayah Long sebuk suruh mommy cari recipe roti arab ke lebanese ke turki ke...so mommy pon cari la kat internet...puas gak cari suma macam susah jer....cuma ada 1 nih jer agak senang laaaa...(especially untuk mommy yang so so je bab roti nih).

ARAB BREAD

3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 c. warm tap water
1 egg
Sesame seed

In a large bowl, mix 1 cup flour, salt and yeast. Gradually add water. Beat 2 minutes. Add 3/4 cup flour. Beat at high speed 2 minutes. Stir in enough flour to make a stiff dough. Turn onto lightly floured surface. Knead until smooth and elastic, 5 minutes. Divide dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a 5-inch circle. Cover and let rest 45 minutes on a lightly floured surface. Place circles, bottom side up, on a lightly floured baking sheet.
Blend 1 beaten egg and 1 tablespoon cold water. Brush this mixture lightly on top of each circle of dough. Sprinkle each with about 1 teaspoon sesame seed. Bake at 500 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove and cool. Cut in halves or fourths to serve. This bread can be used for pocket sandwiches or a snack bread with cheese.

NB: cuma mommy tak letak le telo & sesame tuh pasal dia out of stock so dia tibai sapu susu jer.


maka boleh la makan ngan cheese ke...buat as pizza base ke...

heheeh..hari ni mommy tak tau nak buat apa. satu hari suntuk mommy bertepek kat PC surfing. Mommy demam balik. Daniel pon tak habis selsema lagi. Camner nak gi cucuk nih???*garu kepala*

anyway today mommy buat Potato Puff. Daniel suka sangat!!! ni recipenya

Potato Puff

2 cups hot mashed potatoes, unseasoned
2 eggs, separated
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper, to taste
paprika, untuk decoration

1.Mashed potatoes tu tambah butter + susu + the lightly-beaten egg yolks.
2. Pukul telur putih until stiff. Gaulkan ke adunan potato. tambah garam dan pepper secukupnya.
3. Sapukan mentega pada loyang dan masukkan aduan potato tu. Then, with the back of a spoon, make pretty waves (like you would a meringue) in the potatoes and sprinkle with paprika. Also, dot with extra butter, if desired.
4. Bakar pada suhu 375 for 20-30 min, just until potatoes start to look a bit dried out and start to brown. Let cool a minute or two and serve.

waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa daniel demam lagi

*sob sob* teruk nyer daniel demam lagi....baru je habis demam last 2 weeks, dah kena ladi..nih sumer pasal jangkit ngan ayah chik. ayah chik balik dari singapore dapat flu now dah jangkit ke daniel and atok plak. papa pon dah ada unsur2 macam nak demam jer. mommy berdoa supaya tak jangkit sesiapa ...mommy pon baru baik demam last week.

kesian daniel malam-malam tak leh tido idung tersumbat. pastu dah tido, kejap-kejap terjaga. pastu nak susu, minum plak muntah. waaaaaaaaaaa kesian. semalam 2x mommy tukar cadar cian dia dah lah cuaca mendung jer dua tiga hari nih. hari nih mommy berusaha nak buat makanan yang "dengan harapan" boleh kurangkan/sembuhkan selsema/demam. so mommy beli bali nak buat air, nih nenek kata boleh sejukkan badan naturally.pastu mommy buat fruit puree so that daniel leh dapat banyak vitamin C. mommy buat puree apple + mango...yummmmmm sedap daripada brand GERBER! daniel suka sangat tuh...buat sup ayam with alittle bit of alphabet pasta. berselera gak daniel makan *lega mommy*

today kak yam's bufday. dia pon senasib ngan daniel tak leh buat party. non the less it was a happy one coz kak yam dapat byk hadiah....waaaaaaaaaaa jelesnyer... dia dapat 2 set masak-masak, 1 furry handbag, baby doll and stroller set....

masa bufday daniel, daniel dapat truck, horse, fisher and price lego hehehe cuma sayang tak de gambar heheheeh

cik na buat cupcake for maryam tapi tak berapa jadi icing dia so mommy yang kena tolong alterkan butter icing dia...mommy tegur le cik na apsal tak tanya dulu sebelum buat....camner2 pon comei jer, sedap pon sedap gak... mama kak yam pon buat kek sendiri...hehee sedappp~

Today is my 1st bufday. and i am also officially on my 2 feet! *giggles* mommy kata mentang mentang dah dapat kaki sumer tempat nak explore. gigi daniel pon dah tumboh banyak. 4 kat atas, 2 kat bawah. emmmm apalagi daniel leh buat. oh daniel dah pandai kiss orang, buat flying kiss, buat twinkle twinkle little star action...leh sebut papa, mama walaupun mommy suruh panggil 'mommy' but i guess mama lagi senang nak sebut.

mmm...mommy sebenarnya sedey pasal dia nak buat a nice bufday party with family tapi semua org bz atuk n nenek asyik kat oversea jer...bz bz bz...

so kitra orang just celebr8 kekita jer lah....scattered gitu well at least danile can have severl mini bufday party....camner2 pon mommy bake me a nice chocolate mosit cake...nama kek tuh Sinful Chocolate Cake...waaaaa tu mommy nyer specialty since dia bujang lagi huhuhu daniel pon suka hehehe

tsk tsk susah gak nak berdiri nih...
tengok nenek nih tak de keje

daniel tak lama lagi 9bulan...now daniel nyer gigi pon dah tumbuh satu kat bawah...
*mmmmmmm* tapi rasanya nanti akan tumbuh satu lagi sebelah dia...gatallah gusi...
air liur pon meleleh jer tak berhenti. papa&mommy happy pasal daniel dah pandai sebut "nak, papa & nenek" heheeh tapi kekadang sasul jadi phlapa & nyenyek...mommy susah nak sebut leh sebut miii jer. nasib mommy paham

sekarang berat daniel dah 10.3kg. hari tu doktor kata daniel macam budak besar dah pandai duduk sendiri, berat macam budak 1 thn, leh cakap skit-skit....sekarang nih daniel dah pandai berdiri tapi dengan bantuan meja-meja atau almari ...tapi daniel tengah berusaha nih nak berdiri sendiri. mommy kata daniel suka tonggeng. bukan tonggeng lah orang nak try berdiri1!!nenek kata "eleh merangkak pon tak betul lagi sebok nak berdiri and berjalan"

anyway hari nih daniel demam. macam tau tau jer mommy nih yang daniel nak demam. sehari sebelum daniel demam mommy dah bawak daniel jumpa doktor pasan nak minta ubat alergi kulit, selsema and batuk. now daniel demam dah tak payah gi klinik coz ubat dah ada..bagus mommy nih...tapikan doktor pon mmg dak kata masa umur macam daniel nih mesti akan slalu demam paling pon 2minggu 1x demam. sebab nak tumbuh gigi...rapid growing stage.

skrang mommy tension tengok idung daniel pasal asyik meleleh jer..dah la airliur dah meleleh ingus pon nak meleleh gak?...memang mommy tension pasal tengok daniel asyik comot jer.
